General Policy

Standard Reservations:

• Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
  
• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will incur a fee equivalent to the first night's stay.
  
• No-Show Fee: If the guest does not arrive and does not cancel the reservation, a no-show fee equivalent to the first night's stay will be charged.
  

Non-Refundable Reservations:

• Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or modified without incurring a charge for the full amount of the stay.

Group Reservations (5 or more rooms):

• Free Cancellation: Group reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
  
• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total reservation cost.
  
• No-Show Fee: If the group does not arrive and does not cancel the reservation, a no-show fee equivalent to 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
  

Special Policies

Peak Season/Holiday Reservations:

• Free Cancellation: Reservations during peak season or holidays can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.
  
• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date will incur a fee equivalent to the first two nights' stay.
  
• No-Show Fee: If the guest does not arrive and does not cancel the reservation, a no-show fee equivalent to the first two nights' stay will be charged.
  

Promotional Rates:

• Reservations made under promotional rates may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
